Send A Card

St. Paul had bad eyesight, and when he wrote himself, he apparantly used very large letters! "See what large letters I use as I write to you with my own hand!" said Paul in Galatians 6:11
Paul often sent greetings from prison. Sometimes he wrote himself, and sometimes he had a scribe. Photo courtesy of christiansunite.com.

What Would The Apostle Paul Think of " Send-A-Card?"

In this writer's humble opinion, he probably would have liked them!  St. Paul was contantly greeting and supporting his fellow saints:

  • "Greet all the saints in Christ Jesus."  - Philipians 4:21
  • "I, Paul, write this greeting in my own hand." - 1 Corinthians 16:21
  • "All the saints send their greetings." - 2 Corinthians 13:13
  • "Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ." - Ephesians 1:2

So, send an e-card to a fellow saint today!

The Apostle Paul would approve!

How Should I Use the Send-A-Card Feature?

  • Use SEND-A-CARD to reach out to those who don't know Christ
    • We recommend using the Send-A-Card feature as loving brothers and sisters in Christ.  If others see you reflecting God's love, then they will be drawn to Christ too.  It's like planting a seed, it may not grow immediately, but perhaps in time.
  • Use SEND-A-CARD to encourage
    • The evil one tries to defeat us through difficult times and discouragement.  Things like illness can make us feel isolated and helpless.  Sending a card lets someone know that you are there for them.
  • Use SEND-A-CARD for fellowship
    • Your church family is so important.  We are part of the body of Christ.  We are all brothers and sisters in Christ.  When one of your brothers or sisters has a special occasion like an anniversary or birthday, send them a note to let them know that they are an important part of Christ's family.
  • Use SEND-A-CARD for practical matters
    • Someone did something for you?  Send them a thank you note!  Or customize the "Hello" note with your own message
  • Use SEND-A-CARD to recruit members for ministry
    • Send a card to someone who you think would be perfect for your ministry.  Research shows that personally asking someone to volunteer for something is much more effective than just putting up a sign-up sheet.   It shows them that you have hand-selected them because of their strengths.

THERE ARE 20 DIFFERENT CARDS TO CHOOSE FROM...HAVE FUN TRYING THEM!
