Make saintandrewscotia.org Your Home Page!
Your home page is displayed when Internet Explorer first opens or when you click the Home button. You can choose any webpage to be your home page, but of course you'll want St. Andrew's as yours! Following is how to change it:
Using Internet Explorer:
Option 1
- Open Internet Explorer and go to the webpage you want to use as the home page.
- Click the down arrow to the right of the Home button
, and then click Add or Change home page. - In the Add or Change Home Page dialog box, click Use this webpage as your only home page.
- Click Yes to save your changes.
Option 2
- Go to Tools and select Internet Options.
- In the General tab, under the Home page category, type in the URL you wish to be your home page (e.g. www.wellesley.edu).
- Click Apply to save your changes. Click OK.
Using Netscape Navigator or Communicator
Open up Netscape Navigator or Communicator. Browse to www.saintandrewscotia.org. 2
- Click on the browser's "Edit" menu. Select "Preferences" from that menu.
- Choose the "Navigator" category. Click the "Use Current Page" button.
- Close the "Preferences" box by clicking "OK." Your homepage should be set to saintandrewscotia.com.
Using Firefox
- Go to a webpage that you would like to use as your homepage.
- On the top toolbar click on Tools, then click on Options.
- Click/highlight "General" on the left .
- Click "Use Current Page" to set you homepage to the current page your browser is on.
