Cyberhymnal: plays the music, gives you the words to sing along and provides interesting background information on the composers and authors.  The hymns are listed by title, just click on the letter of the first word, and then scroll down the list.

Oremus Hymnal: Approximately one thousand hymns are available at thos online hymnal site which contains texts and MIDI files of tunes used in much of the English-speaking world, with particular emphasis on the Anglican tradition. Like the Cyberhymnal, it shows the hymn lyrics while playing the music.  It lists hymns by title, first line and hymn number from the 52 hymnals indexed by the site.
