Each week at St. Andrew’s, we meet on Saturday night or Sunday morning to celebrate the Holy Eucharist and to hear God’s Word proclaimed.  Those who are sick, infirm, or unable to attend are not forgotten or left out.  They might not be able to come to where the Church is but, through the Ministry of the Lay Eucharistic Visitors, the Church goes out to them.  These ministers go into hospitals, nursing homes, and private homes to share the Good News and to bring the Holy Eucharist.  Indeed, our Sunday worship is not complete until all are included. 

Is God calling you to be just such a minister?  If after prayerful discernment you believe He is, please contact Fr. Mike at the Parish Office at 518-374-8391.  There is a training period and a short internship with an experienced LEV, before being commissioned.
